TruPutt owners can install the software on a new machine, or reinstall it anywhere — no flash drive needed.
Enter the serial number that came with your TruPutt system — the same one you used to register it.
On the machine you're installing to, enter your TruPutt serial number above, then download the installer. It's a large file — a wired or strong Wi-Fi connection helps.
Double-click the downloaded file and follow the prompts. If Windows shows a SmartScreen notice for a newly downloaded file, choose More info → Run anyway.
Plug in your TruPutt camera(s) and connect the projector, just as they were on your previous machine. Your TruPutt license travels with your cameras — the software re-activates automatically when it sees them. If you have brand-new cameras, contact us to activate them.
Open TruPutt and run Setup to assign your camera and projector (per zone on multi-zone systems), then calibrate. The Support page has step-by-step videos.
